SPEECH ETIQUETTE AS A NECESSARY TOOL TO DEVELOP CULTURE OF SPEECH BEHAVIOR AT RUSSIAN CLASSES

The article deals with the actual problem of the speech etiquette. The systematic work concerning the development of learners’ culture of speech behavior consists of four stages. Each stage involves certain minimum of grammatical formulas and phrases as the case may require. It is considered to be the main constituent part of communicative competence.
