EVOLUTION OF THE SYSTEM VALUE IN TEACHERS’ INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THE PEDAGOGICAL SYSTEM (ON THE EXAMPLE OF YEREVAN TEACHERS)

The article uses the results of an experimental research to demonstrate that there has been a reorganization of core components in the value priorities of teachers’ interpersonal relationships within the pedagogical system. Whereas in 1996, majority pf teachers prioritized teaching over teacher and learner needs, already in 2015 the situation changed and priority is given to the needs ofteachers, school administration and parents, over teaching and learner needs. The registered changes as seen from learners’ learning progress have a negative impact on teachers’ productivity.
