Abstract

In order to overcome social economical difficulties in transformational society a businessman needs special individual qualities. The article tends to reveal specific troubles and difficulties comming across in business environment, as well as it investigstes the ways of providing effective socio­psychological determinants for businessmen. Based on the survey results the authors try to outline the psychological components of effective businessman profile.
